We at the fruit box company do not lock you into any contracts. You can stop or change your order as required by contacting our friendly team either by phone or Email.

Subject to seasonal availability we can include other fruit in your delivery, please check our add ons section. Simply email us your additional fruit items and we will add to your standard order.

We aim for all deliveries to be completed by 11.30am, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather and traffic conditions there may be a delay. In these circumstances we will inform you of the delay.

We would deliver on the next working day, however feel free to contact us prior to the bank holiday, if you need to amend your order.

We provide a daily fresh fruit delivery service to businesses, you can have the option of splitting your order into multiple deliveries to ensure freshness of the fruit throughout the week.

Invoices can be raised per order, weekly, or monthly. Our accounts department will send you a pdf invoice electronically to your preferred email address. Payment can be made by Bacs transfer, debit/credit card. Our payment terms are 30 days.

We pride ourselves on our fresh fruit. Our procurement team will ensure your Fruit is ripe and ready to eat, our fruit is hand picked and carefully placed in the box, it will not be refrigerated for days. We have a fast supply chain which ensures you receive fruit at its highest quality.
